Zink Pre-weathered-pro blue grey

The ex-works "preweathered pro" RHEINZINK® material guarantees the immediate optical blue-grey surface quality. The new surface treatment protects the material against fingerprint or other markings, which can occur during transportation, storage or processing. The material is processed in profilers without oil. RHEINZINK®-"preweathered pro blue-grey" is recommended specifically for aesthetically demanding roof and façade surfaces, copings and roof drainage systems. If at all possible, façades should always be made using RHEINZINK®-"preweathered pro blue-grey".

Zink Pre-weathered-pro graphite-grey

With the newly developed "preweathered-pro graphite-grey"* surface, RHEINZINK® now has a dark alternative to its ecological material. The velvety grey appearance, the diverse design benefits and proven RHEINZINK® processing properties, predestine RHEINZINK®-"preweathered pro graphite-grey"* to be used for project planning and the realization of exceptional metal building envelopes and accessories.

Zink Perforated Sheets

More ventilation and less material. This is what characterizes the RHEINZINK®-perforated tile plate. A 63% free ventilation cross-section guarantees an approximate 25% improvement in ventilation compared to commercially available perforated sheets. Designer's concepts and the demands of building physics are now easier to combine. The development of practical details is greatly simplified.

KME TECU Classic

TECU® Classic is the product name for traditional bright rolled TECU® sheets and TECU® strips. Initially, the material has the aesthetic qualities of the bright copper surface which, on exposure to the atmosphere, slowly changes to dark brown as the oxide layer forms and later develops copper’s typical green patina layer on pitched surfaces.

KME TECU Patina

Using a specially developed industrial process, TECU® copper sheets are patinated green on one side. This process causes a greenish layer to form on the surface of the copper – a process similar to the natural patination that occurs over a long period of time when copper is exposed to atmospheric conditions. This is not an artificial colouring or coating process. TECU® Patina gives cladding the green patina colour typical of copper right from the start.

KME TECU Oxid

TECU® Oxid is TECU® copper that is specially treated in a patented industrial process in which TECU® strips are brown on both sides. With TECU® Oxid, the bright copper phase is bridged so that a uniform, dark brown oxidised layer is achieved even before the cladding is laid. This is not an artificial colouring process or coating, but rather an oxid layer which is created from the surface of the copper itself. The surface further develops into the natural oxide layer in the course of weathering. The special manufacturing technology used produces lighter and darker shades of brown.

KME TECU Zinn

TECU® Zinn (matt grey, tinned) is TECU® Classic that has been specially tinned and surface-treated on both sides to create a matt grey surface. The surface continues to develop further over time on exposure to the atmosphere. The result is a warm, matt grey colour which harmonizes excellently with other building materials. TECU® Zinn is protected by patent and is available in TECU® strips and in a number of special formats.

KME TECU Gold

TECU® Gold is a copper and aluminium alloy. The original shiny golden colour of the surface goes through characteristic changes when exposed to normal weathering. After the initial matting, a golden and yellowish oxidation layer gradually emerges, and this changes over time into a soft golden colour. The patination processes do not give rise to any further intensive colouring on façade surfaces.
