RHEINZINK® Snap-lock bracket system

As a rule, bracket-mounted gutters are fastened to fascia boards or rafters with gutter brackets. Installation and alignment is difficult, time-consuming and requires special tools. The RHEINZINK®-snap-lock bracket system simplifies this considerably: a C-profile, which is fastened directly to the eaves or rising wall with bolts. Gutter brackets can be twisted-in simply and securely. The half-round RHEINZINK®-gutter is fixed into place with a simple click.

KME TECU® Copper Rainwater system

The most common type of eaves gutter, the half-round section provides favorable flow conditions for rainwater drainage.

The round body of the gutter always carries the water in the middle, so that dirt and leaves are easily washed away, even during light rain. The semicircular section is also the most favorable shape in terms of material use.

RHEINZINK® Corrugated Profile

With the flowing shape of the conventional sine wave, corrugated profiles have the appearance of filigree. The various types of installation – horizontal or vertical – allow both fine structuring and a clearly visible separation of the façade image. Soft effects of light and shadow allow the development of an aesthetically pleasing vitality, particularly on large surfaces.

RHEINZINK® Shiplap Panel

Thanks to the scalloped nature of the shiplap panel, without shadow joints, it is a particularly unique façade cladding. The profile geometry combined with the effects of light and shade produces attractive shading and contours. Accurate prefabrication of the profile, based on detailed planning and determination of panel dimensions, guarantees optimum and efficient installation onsite.

RHEINZINK® Reveal Panel (V25)

A particular advantage of the reveal panel is the 200 mm – 333 mm selection of bay widths and the variable joint widths of 0 mm – 30 mm. In conjunction with the flexibility of installation directions (horizontal and vertical), reveal panels give the architect an incredible amount of latitude when implementing his/her design ideas. A diversity of building designs can be optimized. For example, durable, quality solutions can be realized for renovations or subsequent insulation in a short period of time.

RHEINZINK® Horizontal Panel (H25)

Horizontal panels looks similar to reveal panels and are reminiscent of wooden façades. With a marginal profile on both edges, components are mounted indirectly with a special bracket profile, with a strictly defined 20 mm groove. Linear expansion due to changes in temperature can be accommodated, thanks to this technique.

RHEINZINK® Seam technology

RHEINZINK seam systems join the individual sections longitudinally. The angle standing seam is the norm in the façade area. It is distinguished by the strong emphasis on the seams (width ca 12mm). Various section length and widths allow even complex special forms to be realized.

RHEINZINK® Rectangular Flat Lock Tiles

Flat-lock tiles are primarily used for large façade surfaces. This is where their visual impact is the most impressive. Due to the small size of individual components, design solutions can even be found for geometrically complicated buildings. Among other things, traditional cladding of roof dormers, chimney heads or roof edges with small tiles is not a problem.

TECU® Copper Panels

TECU® Panels like TECU® Profiled Sheets, are produced on roll formers or corner presses. The panels are assembled on site using the tongue and groove technique or by overlapping the panels. TECU® Panels are two-sided cladding elements with an end base, depending on the construction, in lengths of approx. 4,000 mm.

RHEINZINK® Double Standing Seam

At a minimum seam height of 23 mm, the dual standing seam is rain proof without any additional treatment. The 25 mm high, dual standing seam produced with with pre-shaped courses has gained international acceptance. The profile is tilted and closed manually or by machine, using shaping machines. It is even possible to produce special shapes such as convex and concave curves or conical course without difficulty. The multitude of possible detail variations in the dual standing seam offers a subtle emphasis of shape and looks equally appropriate with both traditional architecture and modern designs.

RHEINZINK® Angled standing seam

In the realm of sheet metal technology, the angled standing seam is a relatively new development: it has only received mention in technical literature since the beginning of the 20th Century. For roofs with a pitch of at least 25°, it constitutes the norm. Compared to the double lock standing seam, seam closure of prefabricated sections is particularly easy, as the finished angled standing seam is created by only seaming one side. The angled standing seam is preferred in visible areas, where the pitch of metal roofing is higher, e.g. parapets, attics and mansard roofs; whether in traditional vertical, diagonal or horizontal application. Although it appears wider than the double standing seam, the angled standing seam still offers prominent vitality and quite a slender effect to the structure of large surfaces.

RHEINZINK® Click Strip System

The strip system is the most traditional standard modern metal cover technique. With the RHEINZINK® click strip system, courses and protective caps are produced ex works up to a length of 6 m, in a single process. For production of longer courses, mobile roll shapers are available on loan. The pre-shaped RHEINZINK® click strip cap is also available in the standard length of 3 m. The system is suitable for roof slopes from 3° with no additional sealing-technical measures required. Increased demands make use of structured separators or weather and rain proof under covers essential.

RHEINZINK® Interlocking Tiles

In contrast to plates or shingles with a similar optical effect, Interlocking Tiles have tilt-outs on the upper side and tilt-backs underneath, in the form of simple seams. They can be produced either manually or industrially and their small format ensures safe and convincing solutions even for complex buildings. Nearly all curves can be covered with no problem. Thus, the classic uses of small rhombuses include covering of gables, chimney tops and roof edges.
